• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting or manipulating the bonus system to obtain bonuses through unintended means.

Closed at the user's request: You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before doing so, make sure to withdraw any remaining valid balance.

Closed by Duelcasino: Duelcasino reserves the right to terminate any account for breach of terms, suspected fraud, or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

Suspended: Accounts may be temporarily suspended during verification or while an investigation is ongoing. No transactions can be made during a suspension.
